Q. If I use the AdCreator system do I need to let you know my Ebay password?
A. No - we only need to know your User Name - you should never disclose your password to any third party.
Q. What happens to my current listings if I add or delete a category from my Ebay shop?
A. They will update automatically to reflect the change.
Q. Can I add listings to Ebay direct from the AdCreator system?
A. We looked at adding that facility but, after consultation with our clients, we came to the conclusion that this probably would not be a worthwhile addition for our customers. Why? There are already excellent free applications for uploading listings, like Ebay's TurboLister, which can handle bulk uploads and which, in addition, provides excellent management tools like online management of your live listings - we could not see that added costs for 'reinventing the wheel' would be justified or welcomed by our customers. That being said, if you believe this facility would be useful please let us know.
Q. What if I want a special layout, or additional items on my adverts which are not catered for in your standard templates?
A. We can build you a special custom template to order - so if you need extra pictures, additional side panel boxes, or other items added just let us know. We charge on a time basis for this type of work and will quote you up-front when we know what you need.
Q. What about special promotions, festivals and the like - is it possible to add special custom banners, seasonal images, etc., for limited periods or campaigns?
A. We are here to help you sell more, so the answer is Yes - we offer low cost deals for seasonal images which can be added to your template for a limited period. Similarly we will design and add special campaign banners as needed - our normal time costs are charged for this type of work and we will quote up front.
Q. I sometimes have high value products to sell which need to be treated differently from my normal sales ranges - can you offer special alternative templates and designs that will work within the system for special items?
A. Yes - we are always happy to provide for special requirements and our system does allow the use of multiple templates for customers who have ordered these, so you can choose which template or skin to use as you create your adverts.
Q. What do I do if I want to stop using the AdCreator system?
A. We very much hope you will not want to do this however, if you need to, please tell us 7 days in advance. Our monthly charges, which are non-refundable, are made on or around the 25th of each month to cover the following month, so it is best to let us know before the 25th of the month.
Q. Do you offer a discount, or any bulk deals, if I have more than one business I would like to sign up to AdCreator?
A. Talk to us and we will see if anything can be done.
