
When you’re ready to sign up for the AdActivate system please email us with your full contact details stating which package you want or, if you prefer, click the ORDER button and complete the form. In addition, if you already have a logo, corporate image or slogan you want to use please email us a copy to support@adactivate.co.uk or supply a link where we can download the image.
If you want us to design your logo then that’s no problem, just let us know if you’ve any ideas and we’ll do the rest. Let us know your eBay user name so we can see your products and get a feel for the kind of business you are so we can create an eye catching look for you.
NB: please don’t send password information as that must remain confidential to you.
Once we’ve received your email we’ll reply with confirmation of costs and terms and request any additional information we might need. We’ll also arrange a convenient time to call so we can get a feel for your business, understand fully the products you sell, who your target customers are and what your competition is like. We’ll also discuss any logo or images you require so our graphic design team are fully briefed and can deliver exactly what you need.

All payments are via PayPal.
Our entry level package includes the setting up of your database in the AdActivate service. Also included in the package is a choice from our standard graphic templates, which we will customise by adding your logo or name into the header, and any technical support you may need to get the system up and running. Your first 3 months of service charges are all that you pay. After 3 months you can opt to continue the service at the entry level on a month by month basis, or you can upgrade at any time to the standard package with a fully customised template design to suit your specific business requirements.
Our standard package includes all the above plus a unique website area dedicated to you that will provide the storage and special software file areas for your AdActivate service. Also included in our standard package is the creation of a fully customised graphic template design to suit your specific business requirements. We also provide the first 3 months of service charges within the set-up price for customers wishing to select this option from the start. For upgrades from our entry level package, 3 months service charges can be deducted from the package price.
For introductory packages all you pay is 3 months service charges in advance thereafter, if you continue to use the service, you pay on a monthly basis as detailed below. Once we have received your payment we will add your logo or company name to the template of your choice and will provide you with your system user name and password.
For standard packages, with custom designed templates, the cost of the set-up is invoiced in two parts - 50% once your requirements are agreed and the remaining 50% invoiced when the set-up operations and template design are completed. On receipt of this second payment we will then provide you with your system user name and password.
After the initial 3 months a charge will be made each month to cover server and system usage. This is normally taken around the 25th of each month to cover the following month's service.
There are NO concealed add-on charges, NO extra costs for displaying additional pictures, NO charges for technical support and NO restrictions on storage space for your advert and picture libraries.
